Below you will find our terms and conditions for online bookings.
Payment
Payment for online bookings is made in Danish kroner (DKK), regardless of which currency you choose to view prices in. The amount for your booking will be charged once you confirm the payment.
Confirmation / Receipt
A booking confirmation and receipt for the payment will be sent to the email address provided at the time of booking. Please check that your arrival and departure dates, as well as all other details, are correct.
Changes to your booking
Any changes to your booking period, number of guests, or number of rooms must be made in writing to hotel@allegade10.dk. Changes are not valid until you have received a new confirmation from us.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
When booking online, you may cancel your booking under the following conditions:
Bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to 14 days before arrival.
For timely cancellations, the full amount will be refunded minus an administration fee of DKK 250.
For cancellations made later than 3 days before arrival, the payment is non-refundable.
Different terms may apply when booking through other channels.
Complaints
If for any reason you do not receive a booking confirmation, please contact us at the address or phone number below.
Complaints regarding the booking process, the booking itself, or your stay must be made within a reasonable time after you discover—or should have discovered—the error upon reviewing your confirmation. Complaints may be submitted in writing or verbally.
